The main part is high precision aluminum pipe forming line. First the coiled aluminum strip will become straight through the passive unreeling machine. Then it will be fed into pre-forming roller by positioning devices, the aluminum strip will be rolled into prototyping pipe. The pipe will be fed into forming section. After forming section, the precision of aluminum pipe is just normal. It must be shaped and positioned by sizing section to meet the required precision. The laminated parts of aluminum pipe will be welded by continuous ultrasonic welder to be sealed high- strength pipe.
Aluminum pipe welding section is the junction of branches. The other two branches are inner piper and bonding layer, outer pipe and bonding layer. It will pass the feeding, hot melting, extruding, and junction template. Then it will be distributed into inner pipe co-extrusion mould and outer pipe co-extrusion mould. The inner pipe is always connected with compressed air to check the pressure-retraining performance. After setting in cooling water tank, automatically blow drying and length measuring, it comes into printing section. The automatic inkjet printer is used to print the company name, pipe size and length on the pipe. The printed pipe will be hauling to double disk pipe winder to collect and coiled. After inspection, the coiled pipes are ready to sell.

Aluminum foil unwinding machine

Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull pipe stably. Have sync function with extruders and air sealing system.
Double station coiler
To coil pipe into roll, easy for storage and transportation. Double station to ensure continuous pipe winding.
